DRIVER, BETTY IRENE (URMEY), 82, of Trotwood, rounded third and headed home to heaven on Friday, February 3, 2012. She was born on November 22, 1929 to the late Jesse G. and Bernice L. (Bolinger) Urmey.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Richard Driver; brother, Gene Urmey; and brothers-in-law, Raymond Barnes, Jack McDonald, and Darwin Stine.

She is survived by a daughter, Becky and husband Tom Huelskamp of Anna, OH; granddaughters, Kathy (Eggeman) and husband Mark Winnie of Enfield, CT and Emily Huelskamp of Trotwood, OH; grandson, Steven Huelskamp of Trotwood, OH; great-grandson, Xavier Winnie of Enfield, CT; sisters, Ardyth McDonald of FL, Wilma Barnes of Centerville, Wanda Stine of Shelby, OH, Sharon and husband Don Stauffer of Oklahoma City, OK; sister-in-law, Lois (Baker) Urmey of Trotwood; numerous nieces nephews and cousins; and three loving cats, Whisker, Rocky, and Jay Bruce.

Betty was a 1947 graduate of Trotwood-Madison, and retired from Elder-Beermans. She attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Englewood Ward, was affectionately called "Poodles" by her grandchildren, loved to read and crochet, an avid fan of OSU and the Cincinnati Reds, and truly believed Pete Rose belongs in the Baseball Hall of Fame.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 6-8PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, 110 W. Main St., Trotwood. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 11AM, with Bishop Dan Brazelton officiating, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Englewood Ward, 1500 Shiloh Springs Rd., Trotwood, with a visitation an hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be sent to the Trotwood Rescue, 5469 Little Richmond Rd., Trotwood. Online condolences and be made at:
